Dr. Katherine Bratcher, Medical Director of White Mountain Animal Hospital, brings over 30 years of veterinary experience in small and large animal medicine. Passionate about internal medicine and diagnostics, she also serves with Navajo County Search and Rescue alongside her K9 partner, Ricki.

Dr. Shayne Garner grew up in rural southern Arizona and earned her DVM from Colorado State University. Certified in small animal acupuncture, she's passionate about wound care, pain management, and surgery. She now calls the White Mountains home, serving the local community with dedication.

Dr. Katie Norris joined White Mountain Animal Hospital in 2022 after earning her DVM from Kansas State University. Specializing in equine and large animal medicine, she's passionate about surgery, wound care, and herd management. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, art, music, and caring for her dogs and reptiles.

Dr. Halstead, a CSU alum certified in veterinary acupuncture, brings 19+ years of experience in large and small animal medicine. Skilled in surgery and integrative care, she's also served globally with Visiting Veterinarians International. Outside work, she enjoys skiing, diving, and roller derby.

Lacey is the Practice Manager and a skilled Veterinary Technician at White Mountain Animal Hospital, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to the team. She's passionate about lifelong learning and advancing patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog Quila, horseback riding, and live music.

Chasity, our Lead Veterinary Technician, began her journey with White Mountain Animal Hospital as a high school volunteer and has grown into a key leader. Dedicated and compassionate, she excels in patient care, teamwork, and mentorship. Outside work, she enjoys family life with her husband and baby boy.

Charlee is an empathetic and humorous surgical technician with over 15 years of experience, including work with Animal Control, who provides outstanding patient care and client education at White Mountain Animal Hospital.

Andrea Reynaud, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mexico, combines a strong background in large-scale agricultural production and international studies with a passion for compassionate, high-quality care at White Mountain Animal Hospital.

Dawn joined White Mountain Animal Hospital in 2022 and serves as our lead surgery technician. With over 4 years in vet med and a background in human healthcare and the U.S. Navy Reserves, she brings focus, skill, and compassion to every patient. Outside work, she enjoys time with friends and her pets.

Melissa joined White Mountain Animal Hospital in April 2024. Originally from Virginia, she spent years riding and showing horses before moving to the White Mountains in 2016. A dog and cat lover, she enjoys hiking, photography, reading, and gaming, bringing compassion and care to every patient she meets.

2.) We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. We do not accept American Express.
